It was inconvenient to be told I needed to drive back to Greeley from Cheyenne because the dealership was sent a used pickup cover instead of a new one as ordered. With that said, I was very appreciative that Chris was concerned enough about doing the best thing for a customer in that, he told us up front that the cover was suspect and he wanted to reorder and get a new one. I purchased my GMC 2500 HD from Weld County Garage and was in the area when I had some problems, I called several dealers that were closer to me but they couldn't identify the correct replacement part nor schedule me in quickly. Called WCG and they were able to get me in the soonest. They fixed both warranty and non-warranty issues all in one day, whereas it would have been a couple days at some of the other dealers.
