Winner will win a 2008 Pontiac G5 from Weld County Garage

Weld County Garage is teaming up with the local area high schools and the Greeley police department to help raise awareness and promote safe driving for students.  The goal behind the Weld County Garage “Wheels” program is to reward a local high school student for good grades and attendance plus safe driving habits with a 2008 Pontiac G5.  We believe with this emphasis we can help make Weld County a safer place to drive for everyone.

Eligible high school students must have a valid driver’s license by  January 1, 2010, and cannot have any moving violations from September 1, 2009, thru April 24, 2010.

Eligible high school students must have maintained a 2.5 grade average and have less than 10 unexcused absences at end of contest.

All entries must have phone number(s), e-mail address (if applicable), and signatures of both student and parent/guardian that gives authorization to release driving, grade and attendance information if a finalist.

Entry forms will be available at Weld County Garage, online at WeldCountyGarage.com, and from school safe driving presentations and/or various community events featuring the “Wheels” program.  Entry forms must be turned in to Weld County Garage at 2699 47th Avenue.  Student may enter 1 time per week.

If the student does not meet the criteria at contest end they will be disqualified and another student from that school will be drawn.  Date of second chance drawing is May 4th, 2010.

 If chosen a finalist, the student and/or their parent/guardian must be present to win.   The grand prize drawing will be held Saturday, May 8th, 2010.

No purchase necessary.

DISCLOSURES:

Winner must be 18 years of age or older at time of drawing to be awarded a car.  If winner is not yet 18, the prize will be awarded to parent(s) or guardian of the minor.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners’ name and school may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete IRS form W-9.  Sponsors reserve the right to withhold prize until completed W-9 is received.

The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all sponsors, and their parent & subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
