This is Tom Macgillivray spouse of Barbara. Yesterday had a noon appointment and when the garage door opened it was like the red carpet was down. There was a body waving me forward from 100 feet away. As I got closer a smile was evident too. I was greeted in a courteous and professional manner by Mike Kelly. We aren't total strangers to one another but I still appreciated the warm welcome. He then escorted me inside to meet the service advisor Jodel Erickson. And it continued to be a 5 star experience from there!

Took my daughter there for her very first car financing experience. Michael was great with her, talked to her rather than to me. Got my daughter into a safe, reliable and new-ish vehicle. All but one item she was looking for was marked off the must have checklist, the one thing that was not marked was she did not want a black vehicle but she loved the car so much that she went for black.
