The 2022 GMC Yukon takes to the road this year with a range of updates focused on improving the range of technology features. These updates include a now standard 12-inch digital gauge cluster and a new infotainment interface that was developed alongside Google. As such, the Yukon and Yukon XL trims now feature Google Assistant, Google Maps, and Google Play Store. Additionally, the AT4 trim now has the option to choose a 6.2-liter V8 engine and a new dual exhaust design, while the Denali comes with a now standard power-sliding center console. A new color (Redwood metallic) also is introduced.

The 2022 GMC Yukon’s headlights and taillights come with GMC’s signature C-shape design that features daytime running lamps and LED fog lamps. The upscale Denali trim offers satin-chrome details, which includes a satin-chrome multidimensional Denali grille and a dual exhaust system with dual twin polished stainless-steel tips. The AT4 trim comes with an off-road ready exterior that features skid plates and approach angle of nearly 32 degrees, horizontal red recovery hooks, and 20-inch six-spoke machined aluminum wheels with carbon gray metallic accents.
The 2022 GMC Yukon houses a 10.2-inch infotainment system and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster. Standard features include Android Auto and Apple CarPlay®, satellite radio, Wi-Fi, and six USB ports. Additional tech features include rain-sensing wipers, remote start, three-zone automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, wireless charging, perforated leather seats, a head-up display, a sunroof, among many other features. The Yukon offers two V8 gas engines: a 355-horsepower 5.3-liter engine and a 420-horsepower 6.2-liter engine. You can also elect to get a 3.0-liter turbo-diesel inline-six that generates 460 pound-feet of torque. All models come with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear- or all-wheel drive is available.
