I actually love this place but when I showed up for my scheduled oil change Melinda Snelling in the service department gave me unnecessary and unprovoked attitude. Everyone else I’ve ever interacted with was extremely polite and professional.
Kirk was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was never pushy or overwhelming, which made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Kirk was extremely professional throughout the process and did an excellent job helping me find the vehicle that was the right fit for my needs.
