My husband and I recently purchased a used Tundra from WCG. Glenn Zaffree found me looking in the lot a few months back. I didn't find what I was looking for then, but he took my info and what we were hoping to find and kept us in the loop with incoming inventory. We were in the lot to see some SUVs when we spotted our truck, it had just been taken in on trade with no known info. Glenn ensured it was inspected thoroughly and given the safety clear prior to our test drive and walked us through every step of the process there after. Overall WCG was a great experience! We were happy with the price we paid and warranty options that were offered. Everyone that helped us or interacted with us was kind and considerate. I actually love this place but when I showed up for my scheduled oil change Melinda Snelling in the service department gave me unnecessary and unprovoked attitude. Everyone else I’ve ever interacted with was extremely polite and professional.
