I had an issue with service in Greeley, so I went in to talk to somebody. I ended up talking with Ryan Brazil and he was very helpful and listened to my concerns. He went and discussed the issue with the service representative and was very good at getting some movement on getting my service issue moving through the process.

Bought a new truck from out of state. Took it into WCG for a full diagnostic's panel. Melinda helped me up front. She has been in direct contact with me and has been honest and forward. She was a huge help! The maintenance shop sent videos of what they inspected, and gave honest feedback throughout that process. I am extremely pleased with my experience here.
