From the start, Glenn treated me with a level of professionalism and transparency that you just don't find at every dealership. I was trading in my 2024 Subaru Forester, and Glenn worked hard to get me a very fair, competitive value for my trade that made the numbers work perfectly for my new lease. ​What I appreciated most was the 'Advisor' approach Glenn and the management team took. They didn't just push a sale; they worked with me on the math to get to a AWSOME lease and putting me in a premium, high-performance truck. They even made sure to apply my military discount without me having to jump through hoops. ​The 2026 AT4 is an incredible machine the stance and the Sand Dune color are head-turner but the service from Glenn and the rest of the staff is what will bring me back. Pretty sad that I’ve showed up twice (yesterday and today), and service has been bad. Yesterday 02/13/2026 rep seemed like he didn’t want to work. Today 02/14/2026 rep was willing to work with me but seemed like management didn’t have urgency to apprise my truck. I have been a customer before and have bought 2 previous vehicles here. Customer service is not the same as before. They seem like every other dealership in Greeley with no sense of urgency.

Donovan was great to work with. No pressure, knowledgeable, told the truth when he wasn’t sure about an answer, then researched it. He used to be an assistant service manager, so he knew a lot of mechanical stuff. I recommend working with him.

My father-in-law took their vehicle in to get it checked and tuned so my son, who is in college five hours away, could drive it while he was going through recovery from knee surgery (his car is a manual transmission). They charged us $170 dollars to put in a new battery, among other things. Fast forward three weeks and the vehicle won't start. Get it towed to a mechanic and after another $500, the vehicle runs great. Needed a new battery, because even though Weld County Garage charged us for one, they never really put it in. And it needed a fuel infection system clean up. Seems logical that would have been part of the tune up we paid for. Contacted WCG about the battery not being replaced and they were adamant they had and the only way they could do anything is if we brought the other battery back. I wouldn't trust this shop to fix a cup of coffee, let alone any of my vehicles. And they certainly don't stand behind their work. This place used to have a good reputation, obviously they don't care anymore.

Very polite, knowledgeable, timely with paperwork. Our salesman was not pushy, or rude. Will definitely contact him with the next auto purchase needs we may have.

I bought my Ford Raptor at this dealer, with Alejandro Rodrigues and the experience was very good from the call to ask if it was in inventory until the closing of the purchase, a very friendly and professional service, he answered my questions in the best way and was very kind with me and my family! The only detail that I would complain about with the dealer would be that they improve the front desk service since I was standing in front for like 10 minutes and they didn't ask me if I needed anything

They went over all the information on the truck and the paperwork very thorough I don’t feel pressured at anytime during my dealing with the salesman.

My husband and I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Weld County Garage. We purchased a Ford F-150 from them, only to discover shortly after the extended warranty had expired that it had an outstanding recall on a faulty transmission. This is utterly unacceptable and shows a complete lack of transparency and responsibility on their part. Not only did they fail to disclose this critical information during the sale, but their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out to address the issue. They seemed more interested in making a quick sale than ensuring the safety and satisfaction of their customers. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from Weld County Garage to think twice. Their lack of integrity and customer care is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
