Meet Our Staff

Derek Jenke has been working for Weld County Garage, Inc. since 2018 and has lived here in Colorado his whole life. When Derek is not spending his time here he is either spending time with his wife and two kids, or playing golf. He also considers himself a whisky and cigar connoisseur.

Alfonso Kelly has been working for Weld County Garage GMC since March 2014. He is from Radcliff, Kentucky and when he is not at work you can find him relaxing at home spending time with his family. He is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and has been Salesman of the Month twice! He prides himself on being the best at resolving vehicle technology concerns of his customers. His clients have said that he is friendly and easy to work with!

Alex Rodriguez has been with Weld County Garage, Inc. since 2016 and is originally from Chihuahua, Mexico. When not working here Alex enjoys camping, hiking, and working out at the gym. He has been the salesman of the month twice. He also pointed out that he “has a female cat named Greg.”

Adam Marostica has been working for Weld County Garage, Inc. since 2016 and is originally from Idalia, Colorado. When Adam is not hard at work here he is often working on himself at the gym. He currently has a baby boy on the way into his life! According to Adam “working at a place like WCG, feels like you’re not working a day in your life.”

Ryan Green is a marketing director with 20 years of experience in the automotive world. Ryan’s current position as marketing director for Yoder Family of Companies has him running all aspects of marketing for the 8 automotive based companies within the group. Ryan has certifications in Google Adwords, analytics and data studio but believes what’s most important is his servant leadership role when working with employees and peers. Ryan’s favorite aspect of marketing is the creative design side and he wishes he had more time for it in his current position. Outside of work Ryan loves spending time with his beautiful wife and two daughters, skiing, wake surfing, watching every F1 race and working on his ’68 Camaro. Nikki Prescott has been working for Weld County Garage, Inc. since 2015 and was born and raised here in Colorado. When Nikki is not spending her time here she can be found at the fire pit during the summer, planting flowers, or spending time with her family. She was awarded the customer and community commitment award at Greeley Subaru for 4 years. She has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for 30 years and has 2 children! Nikki lives close to 1st Corinthians 10:31 to “Do everything for the glory of God.” 

Leroy Holm has been with Weld County garage, Inc. since 1997 and has always lived here in Greeley. When Leroy is not here at work he is going to the UCCC, attending a candlelight dinner theater, or spending time with family and friends. In 2013 Leroy was honored to be the Channel 9 News, 9 who cares recipient. He has one daughter who has given him a granddaughter and great grandson. He also has belonged to the Lions club for 20+ years and the American Legion for 15 years.

Mike Kelly has been with Weld County Garage, Inc. since 2019 and has lived in the Northern Colorado area his whole life. When not at work you can find Mike out golfing, hiking or “ basically chillaxin.” Mike receives a lot of positive feedback from his customers, many describe him as funny or witty, and his main goal is to deliver a smooth and enjoyable car buying experience for his customers. According to mike “turbo concierge is a great opportunity for me and I enjoy making sure the customers have an amazing experience in service and working with the marketing team to come up with ways to contact our customers for buy-ins or trades”. I have been married for 31 years and have raised an adult son. I really enjoy getting to know all the service driven people. It's a great team!”

Alejandro Estrada has been with Weld County Garage, Inc. since 2021 but is originally from Platteville, Colorado. When not at work he can be found hanging with the boys or playing basketball. A fun fact about Alejandro is that he is drone certified.

John Johnson has been with Weld County Garage, Inc. since 2002 and has resided in  Northern Colorado his whole life. When not at work you can find John either skiing in winter or going to the lake or surfing when it's summer. He has received the mark of excellence for 18 of his 20 years here at this time. He has a daughter and son. He wishes that people know Joshua 1:9 “have I not commanded you? be strong and courageous, do not be afraid, do not be discouraged, for the lord your god will be with you wherever you go.”

Perry Cogburn has been with Weld County Garage, Inc. since 2007 and has resided here in Greeley for his whole life. When not at work you can find Perry riding fast motorcycles, involved in a motorcycle tour, or spending time with his grandchildren. He has raised 3 adult children and believes in caring lifelong relationships.

Gary Shaw has been with Weld County Garage, Inc. since 2020 but is originally from Southern California but has lived here in Colorado since 2001. When not at work you can find Gary riding bikes, hanging with his 8 grandchildren, having a great BBQ, or out traveling with his beautiful wife. He also has raised 4 adult children.

Ian Moore has been with Weld County Garage, Inc. since 2002 But has lived in Iowa, Arizona, and Colorado. When not at work Ian can be found building cars at home. He has been working with Chris for 20 years, and has 2 kids of his own.
