Weld County Garage staff were polite, honest, and not pushy about making a purchase. Their receptionist (Jess, I believe) was incredibly sweet and attentive. I had an issue with service in Greeley, so I went in to talk to somebody. I ended up talking with Ryan Brazil and he was very helpful and listened to my concerns. He went and discussed the issue with the service representative and was very good at getting some movement on getting my service issue moving through the process.
absolutely the worst from the girls who schedule the appointments to service they never answer the phone and just put me on hold
No bathroom during cars and coffee
2.5hrs for a scheduled oil change is ridiculous. This has been happening more often with all our work trucks we bring in.
Very bad communication skills. They told us one thing and turned around and said something different chargers 450.00 that we might need a battery or an air filter. Put the way people are struggling nowadays lasting we need is a garage pull the wool over our eyes and try to stick it where the sun don't shine.. avoid weld county garage if possible you may end up homeless.
They require to keep a car for 48 hours just to do a diagnostic. That's 2 WHOLE DAYS, which is utterly ridiculous! For a family with only 1 car that is just not doable and an absurd requirement. NOT happy with their attempt at service. Got the car in and repaired with someone else before Weld county garage would have even deigned to look at it. This policy is a disservice to the community.
