He went and discussed the issue with the service representative and was very good at getting some movement on getting my service issue moving through the process.

Bought a new truck from out of state. Took it into WCG for a full diagnostic's panel. Melinda helped me up front. She has been in direct contact with me and has been honest and forward. She was a huge help! The maintenance shop sent videos of what they inspected, and gave honest feedback throughout that process. I am extremely pleased with my experience here. I would fully recommend them. They are a busy shop, so be prepared for that. The good ones normally are! Thank you WCG!

WCG is just great. Everyone is polite, friendly and professional. I generally stay and wait for my car being serviced, and the waiting area is very comfortable. I'm always kept updated to the progress of the service. WCG takes good care of my car and I do recommend them for service.

Wow! Today I stopped by Weld County Garage to get an estimate for the first service on my GMC Terrain Elevation, only to find out that my first service is FREE! What a wonderful surprise! I purchased my GMC in April 2026 and have been incredibly impressed with the technology, comfort, and safety features. As someone who is 5’2” and has always driven smaller sedans, I was initially a little hesitant about owning an SUV. However, I now feel so much safer and more confident driving my Terrain. The 360-degree cameras and additional tech features give me better visibility. I also love having the extra space when I travel. I can fit my luggage comfortably and even have room for coffee tables and other furniture when needed! I am also very impressed with OnStar Services. Knowing that roadside assistance and help are just one button or phone call away gives me an added sense of security. 🙏🏻 I was also pleasantly surprised that my automobile insurance did not increase. In fact , I am actually saving money on my insurance! Looking back, I am so grateful that I stopped by Weld County Garage before purchasing a vehicle from the Toyota dealership. I wholeheartedly believe God led me to GMC during one of the biggest transitions in my life. We went in to test drive pickups and walked out purchasing one! Kevin was fantastic to work with as he is friendly, knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy. He made us feel like family and made the whole process very easy. Alex in finance was also great to work with. We will definitely be purchasing future vehicles from Weld County Garage!
