Contest Rules
This program begins on Dec 1, 2022 and runs through Dec 24, 2022.
1. It must snow and accumulate 5 inches of snow on Dec. 25th, 2022 at Weld County Garage in Greeley Colorado as verified by Athenium Analytics. Athenium Analytics will be the third party observer that will verify the snowfall and accumulation for the insurance company and the ONLY weather data relied on.
2. When a customer purchases a new or used vehicle they become eligible for the contest.
3. If the snowfall accumulation is verified to be at or above 5 inches, each registered contestant will be entered into a random drawing and one name will be drawn and that name will win $100,000.
4. Every contestant must have a valid driver’s license or ID and be 18 years of age.
5. All customers understand that their entry into the event constitutes permission for his or her photo and name to be used for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation. The contestant is soley responsible for making determinations as to the consequences of participating in this contest.
6. All purchases made after Dec. 21, 2022 do not qualify for 3 day return policy.
7. Individuals, who have made a purchase during the Qualified Sales Period must PAY IN FULL or be fully funded by the bank in order to be eligible to receive a refund as a Qualified Customer.
8. Weld County Garage reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time, without notice, and honor those purchases made prior to the cancellation of the promotion.
9. No purchase necessary. Individuals may also enter this promotion by submitting a 3×5 card in a sealed envelope and mailing it to: Weld County Garage, 2699 47th Ave, Greeley Co, 80634. All official entry forms must be received no later than Dec 21, 2022. The official entry form must contain a first and last name, telephone number and complete mailing address with zip code. Incomplete entries or those containing incorrect information will be voided
10. Winner is responsible for ALL taxes
Failure or disregard of any of the contest terms and conditions shall render the contract null and void and no claim shall be made. I certify that the information is correct and that I have read and agree to the rules of this contest. I fully understand that any misrepresentation of fact as to my eligibility, whether intentional or unintentional, shall be sufficient cause to forfeit any prize awarded by the insured. I further acknowledge that the only and final say on the temperature is Athenium Analytics and their data is final authority.
