Pretty sad that I’ve showed up twice (yesterday and today), and service has been bad. Yesterday 02/13/2026 rep seemed like he didn’t want to work. Today 02/14/2026 rep was willing to work with me but seemed like management didn’t have urgency to apprise my truck. I have been a customer before and have bought 2 previous vehicles here. Customer service is not the same as before. They seem like every other dealership in Greeley with no sense of urgency.

We noticed a Lexus that was what we were looking for and checked on availability. Within minutes Ryan Brazil had responded to us we asked a few questions and he was really responsive in getting us photos of the car and underside. We called him and he was available we put a deal together in just minutes. He was willing to pick us up at the airport or shop the car to us. We chose to drive the 8 hours and pick it up. It was clean and ready for us and the paperwork took 30 mins and out the door we went best buying experience ever. Ryan was top notch and no pressure just up right professional . I have been using Weld County Garage for service on my Buick Encore since I bought it i 2022. The service work is well done, as far as I can tell. Everything on the sheet was completed. This time the work took a little longer than I expected so I gave them a rating of 4. But with the free ride home and back to the dealership, it was fine. I will use them again.

I recently visited Weld County garage and was blown away by the level of customer service. Our salesman was Glenn Zaffree. Glenn took his time to understand what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were questioning. Once we finally picked out our vehicle, glenn would call and update us or email updates to us about the process that it was in knowing that it had to go through inspection and detail.In fact, the day we picked it up.We caught glenn in the detailed bay.Assisting the detailers to get our vehicle finished. Then, recently we heard a noise in our vehicle. And took it back in to have it checked out, not only did they check it out but they covered the expense of fixing it. I would recommend Weld County garage for anybody. They are honest.Dependable and customer focused all the time. You can have a fresh cup of coffee or cappuccino or cold water on them.While you're waiting, your children have a place to play.And with their christian values in mind, there are even bibles to read.If you have a few minutes to wait.
